I’m a psych major. I know what AD/HD is and I am so mad at myself for not realizing that this is what is wrong with us, that this thing is the problem; not me or him. Although it is such a relief to know that our problem can be diagnosed and does have a treatment and things can get better.
I’m so relieved, I actually tear up when I realize that everything is not my fault, like I was starting to believe.
It’s also nice to know that my dysfunctional GAD brain matches his AD/HD brain in a way = ]

this is my computer; I bought it b/c you complained about me being on the desktop ALL the time. so i bought one, with MY money. now you’re on mine all the time when yours is just sitting there, totally free.
i feel guilty when i have to ask YOU to use MY computer. and when i do ask for it, you sigh and say i guess and then stay on it for another 20 mins, so i have to ask for it again.
